Questions about School Uniform:

Do I have to buy all uniform items from these suppliers?

The only branded items in our school uniform containing our school logo are the navy polo shirt and red cardigan/jumper. These are only available from our suppliers. Other items may be purchased from a variety of retailers such as supermarkets.

The children should also wear the school logo PE kit which consists of a red pride logo t-shirt and navy logo shorts. These are only available from the suppliers. All children should wear black PE pumps for their lessons.

Are your suppliers competitively priced?

As a school, we have ensured that our uniform suppliers are competitively priced and transparent in order to
keep costs down.

What can children wear in summer?

In summer children can wear red and white checked dresses or black shorts. (These are not branded)

What if I can’t afford the uniform? Do you have any second-hand uniform available?

If you are unable to purchase the correct school uniform for your child/ren, please contact the school office
who will try and help you. We may also have second-hand donated items available in your child’s size.

Do you provide spare PE kits?

The school provides spare PE kits for children if required but does not provide PE pumps. Without the correct footwear children will be expected to remove all socks, tights and shoes.

Is jewellery allowed in school?

For the sake of safety, we request that jewellery should not be worn to school, with the exception of small stud earrings and watches (smart watches are not allowed in school). The Local Authority regulations state that all jewellery must be removed for P.E.

What colour can socks/tights be?

Socks / tights can be red, black or white.

Are there any rules for hair?

Hair should be tied back with a bobble/plain headband.

Can my child wear a headscarf?

Headscarves can be worn but these need to be black.
