Parents Area

  • Click the image above to visit the private parents area where you can find useful resources suitable for parents or guardians, such as the websites listed below.

We will also be regularly publishing articles from the Parent Info website which we think are relevant for our parents.

Please note this area needs a login which will have been sent in a text on the number we have for you. (The login details should not be shared with children as the articles may not always be suitable for them to read on their own).

The Mental Health Foundation provides lots of information, articles and blogs about all aspects of mental health of both children and adults.

Young Minds provide a wealth of information and resources for young people on issues surrounding mental health and wellbeing. There are resources for both young people to access themselves, as well as for parents.

Parent Info provides high quality information to parents and carers about their children’s wellbeing and resilience. This ranges across a wide range of subject matter, from difficult topics such as relationships and the internet or body image and peer pressure to broader parenting topics like ‘how much sleep do children need?’

The NSPCC provides information on how to talk to your child about the risks of sending inappropriate text messages and what you can do to protect them.

Children and young people face many challenges as they grow-up; sometimes as a parent or carer it is difficult to know where to go if you are worried about the safety of your own or someone else’s child. Part of the Board’s role is to support parents and carers to access useful advice and guidance on what they can do to keep children safe.
